Signature Bridal Styling Masterclass (Live)

By purchasing and participating in this masterclass, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview

This masterclass is a live, online educational experience provided by Cara Clyne. By purchasing, you are securing access to the training and any inclusions outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Your place in the masterclass is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

Cara Clyne reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital and live nature of this masterclass, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required under applicable consumer law.

Change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend the live session do not qualify for a refund.

4. Access & Use

Access to the masterclass is granted to the individual purchaser only.

You agree that you will not:

  • Share your access link with others

  • Allow others to attend in your place

  • Record, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the training

Any breach of these terms may result in immediate removal from the masterclass without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Live demonstrations

  • Techniques and methods

  • Written materials, guides, and resources

remain the intellectual property of Cara Clyne.

You may not copy, reproduce, teach, resell, or distribute this content without prior written permission.

6. Class Delivery

Cara Clyne reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Class timing

  • Platform (e.g. Facebook group or alternative)

  • Structure or format of the training

  • Demonstrated hairstyles or content focus

Any changes will be made with the intention of delivering the best possible experience and learning outcome.

7. Replay & Bonus Access

Where a replay or bonus materials are included, access will be provided for the stated duration only.

Access is for personal use only and may not be downloaded, shared, or distributed.

8. VIP Feedback Upgrade (if purchased)

Participants who purchase the VIP Feedback upgrade will receive personalised feedback on submitted work as outlined at the time of purchase.

  • Submissions must be made within the stated timeframe

  • Feedback will be provided within the communicated timeframe

  • Feedback is limited to the number of submissions included in the offer

This service is educational in nature and does not guarantee specific results.

9. Participant Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully in all live sessions and community spaces.

Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the masterclass without refund.

10. Results Disclaimer

This masterclass is designed to provide education, techniques, and guidance.

Results will vary depending on individual skill level, experience, tools, products used, and application of the training.

Cara Clyne does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cara Clyne is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from participation in the masterclass.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
